QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
MarineTeknik’s priority within the scope of Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Policies is the design, execution, service, and modernization of electrical installations in the marine industry.
This goal is achieved while conducting business in harmony with the natural and social environment, in a way that ensures the safe working conditions of each employee of the company and persons working under its supervision, as well as eliminating or minimizing adverse environmental impacts.
Aware of the responsibility for quality and environmental protection as well as occupational safety and health protection of employees, we undertake:
- compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the field of environmental protection, occupational health and safety and other requirements regarding the company’s operations,
- supervision over risks and opportunities for processes implemented by the company,
- monitoring the needs of our clients and interested parties,
- provide products and services that meet the needs of customers and interested parties to the widest extent and constantly improve them in accordance with their expectations,
- ensuring timely deliveries and price competitiveness,
- preventing environmental pollution by restricting use, and where we can eliminate environmentally harmful substances,
- technical solutions, technological and organizational processes, enabling the reduction of nuisance at source and conducting a rational and environmentally non-hazardous waste,
- issues of environmental protection and occupational health and safety at every management level, shaping a positive attitude of employees towards occupational health and safety and constant raising of ecological awareness of employees,
- provide the necessary human resources, special skills, organizational infrastructure, technology and financial resources to implement the set tasks in the field of quality, environmental protection and safety and health protection of employees,
- adaptation of workplaces, processes, installations, machines, and equipment as well as operational procedures and work organization to human capabilities,
- communicate with employees and representatives of the Health and Safety Service and external environmental protection services in the field of projects aimed at improving occupational health and safety, as well as communication in the field of minimizing the impact of the activities carried out on the natural environment,
- use of technical and organizational progress in the implementation of new products and technology, as well as to prevent accidents at work, occupational diseases, near misses or potential emergencies,
- continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System and results in the area of quality, environment and occupational health and safety.
Executive Management is committed to providing the conditions and resources necessary to maintain and improve the Integrated Management System, as well as with the whole team undertakes to promote and apply this Policy with due diligence and keep it current.
